UESE seeks professionals, consultants and delivery profiles able to operate in regulated and high-accountability environments, with methodological discipline, professional responsibility and a strong results orientation.

1. Recruitment principles

UESE ITALIA S.p.A. structures its recruiting processes around legal compliance, equal treatment, professional integrity and alignment with the organisational requirements of each role. Candidate assessment is focused on competence, experience, professional reliability and the ability to work in technical, regulated and multidisciplinary environments, excluding any form of discrimination not justified by essential and legitimate job requirements.

When reviewing applications, UESE applies principles consistent with the European and Italian framework on non-discrimination, equal opportunities and personal data protection, as well as with its Code of Ethics, internal governance safeguards and the standards of conduct expected in compliance, cybersecurity, quality, health and safety, procurement and professional services.

2. Professional areas and roles of interest

Applications are of particular interest where they can strengthen the company’s capabilities in cybersecurity, data protection, regulatory compliance, management systems, HSE services, auditing, specialist training, technical-legal consulting, public and private procurement, business process services, software development and support, pre-sales, project management, customer success and B2B business development, including international contexts.

Relevant experience may include, by way of example, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 37001, ISO 45001, NIS2, Legislative Decree 231/2001, GDPR, MDR, FDA registration, services for public-sector entities, document governance, audit readiness, internal control systems, supplier qualification processes, regulatory support and delivery of complex assignments.

3. Professional and behavioural requirements

In addition to technical capability, UESE places significant weight on clarity of communication, documentary discipline, operational accuracy, prioritisation, cross-functional collaboration, awareness of risk implications and the ability to interact appropriately with clients, partners, auditors, institutions, professionals and internal stakeholders.

  • technical competence aligned with the target role and continuous professional development;
  • ability to work to objectives, deadlines and verifiable quality standards;
  • a structured approach to documentation, traceability and confidentiality;
  • consistency with principles of integrity, sound judgement and professional fairness;
  • adequate readiness to work in teams, remotely, on site or across multiple locations where required by the role.

4. Equal opportunity, inclusion and fairness

UESE promotes recruitment processes grounded in equal opportunity and non-discrimination. Applications are reviewed on the basis of role relevance, skills, qualifications, experience and other genuinely job-related factors. Arbitrary criteria or practices that would be inconsistent with applicable employment, access-to-work or equality rules are not adopted.

Where appropriate, reasonable accommodation, accessibility measures or interview-process adjustments may be considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the nature of the role, the structure of the recruitment process and proportionality requirements.

5. How to apply

Candidates may submit speculative applications or respond to specific hiring needs by sending an updated CV, professional contact details, a brief profile summary, relevant certifications or project evidence and an indication of preferred area of activity, seniority level, geographic availability and willingness to travel or work in hybrid/on-site arrangements.

Candidates are responsible for the accuracy, currency and relevance of the information they provide. Submission of an application does not create any entitlement to employment, engagement or continuation of the selection process, nor does it create any obligation on the company to proceed with hiring.

6. Selection stages

The process may include preliminary screening, fit assessment, HR or managerial interviews, technical interviews, tests or assessments, requests for supporting documentation, verification of operational availability and, for sensitive or regulated roles, additional checks compatible with applicable law and with the nature of the position. The breadth and depth of the process may vary depending on the role, sector, level of responsibility and business needs.

UESE reserves the right not to progress applications that are not aligned with open positions or current organisational requirements, and to suspend, revise or close recruitment processes for organisational, strategic or internal compliance reasons.

7. Integrity, reputation and reliability requirements

For roles operating in regulated environments, with institutional clients, in information security contexts or in functions requiring a particularly high level of trust, UESE may consider additional elements of professional reliability, always in a proportionate, relevant and lawful manner. Any such review, where applicable, is limited to what is necessary to assess compatibility between the candidate profile and the responsibilities of the role.

The company expects all candidates to act consistently with principles of fairness, transparency, confidentiality, information protection, respect for internal and external rules, prevention of conflicts of interest and the absence of conduct incompatible with consulting, auditing, document governance, security or corporate representation responsibilities.

8. Candidate privacy and data handling

Personal data submitted during the recruitment process are processed exclusively for receiving, analysing, assessing and managing applications and, where relevant, for evaluating potential professional engagement. Processing is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, applicable national law and the company’s published privacy documentation. Candidates are asked not to include excessive or unnecessary personal data in their CVs or supporting materials.

Information is handled by authorised personnel and, where applicable, by parties involved in the process acting as processors or authorised persons, under organisational and technical safeguards appropriate to the context. Further details on categories of data, legal bases, retention periods, data subject rights and contact channels are set out in the Privacy Policy.

9. International dimension and growth culture

UESE values profiles able to operate in Italian and English, interact with national and international stakeholders and contribute to the development of high-value services in regulated markets. Continuous learning, improvement mindset, adaptability, consulting judgement and accountability in execution are especially appreciated.

Applications aligned with the company’s positioning may also be considered for progressive growth paths, cross-functional projects, specialist roles or coordination functions, depending on organisational demand and business strategy.

10. Contacts and related documentation

For applications, expressions of interest or requests for clarification about the recruitment process, candidates may use the contact channels indicated on the corporate website. Other company documents published in the Legal & Corporate area may also apply where relevant, including the Code of Ethics, Whistleblowing, Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
